February 2021 marks the beginning of a new adventure as I join Createch’s management team as Vice President, Customer Experience. This role being a first within the organizational structure, I am enthusiastic to participate in the development of a new pillar of expertise focusing on customer experience solutions.
In addition to working for companies like Bell Canada and Aldo, my entrepreneurial mindset also led me to start and successfully manage two consulting firms. Through these experiences, I have been able to help leading companies like Staples, IBM Canada and TD Insurance as well as many SMEs to better leverage innovative technologies.
During my career of over 25 years in the field of IT, I have developed expertise in digital transformation and in customer experience management solutions including e-commerce and CRM. In terms of academics, I have a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University with a major in accountancy. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and hold a master's certificate in project management.
Innovation is at the heart of my priorities and goes beyond an innovative product offering. It is rather a work ethic that compels us to rethink our way of working in order to achieve our goals as effectively as possible. In my new role, I want to put team culture and partnerships focused on clients’ success at the forefront of our strategy.
